The Opportunities Fife Strategic Group (OFSG) and has made significant progress in developing Fife’s employability and skills strategy and aligning funds to improve performance and help those who are distanced from the labour market engage with the world of work and meet the needs of employers. The group is chaired by Violeta Ilendo, Development Manager, Development Services and includes senior managers representing the following organisations:

• Jobcentre Plus
• Skills Development Scotland
• NHS Fife
• Scotland’s Colleges Fife
• CVS Fife
• Fife Council Community Learning and Development (More Choices More Chances theme lead)
• Fife Council Development Services
• Employer ‘champion’ from Fife Economy Partnership
