This is the first Child Poverty Analysis Update produced by the Child Poverty Unit. It is designed to provide an overview of recently published research and statistics and ongoing analysis that is relevant to child poverty. It will be of interest to those with a role to play in the eradication of child poverty including central government, local government and their partners. 

The Child Poverty Unit intends to provide a summary every three months.
