Background
Opportunities Fife has secured funding from Fife Council for this training project which supports the Fife Young People Initiative (FYPI) and is an early intervention to help participants to apply for FYPI jobs and the wider employment market by developing their skills and motivation.
Targeted at clients who we know have barriers to employment or those who are engaged in employability support such as work experience tasters, it will provide participants with tools to assist them in the application/interview process and develop their motivation to increase their opportunities to gain and sustain employment.
