A celebration of achievement was held recently for students of Adam Smith College and Community Based Adult Learning who attend the College’s outreach centre at Bowhill Community Development and Learning Centre.

Certificates were presented by Carol Humbert, Director of Community Development at Adam Smith, to the adult learners who had shown determination and resolve and proved true to the saying ‘you’re never too old to learn’.
