Kayleigh Suttie is a young person who has faced multiple barrier and obstacles which have left a lot of challenges to overcome. Starting work Kayleigh was anxious, a new environment and a lot of unknowns. 

Nominated for the Fife Business Diversity Award category ‘Youth Employee of the Year’, Kayleigh has come a long way.  

Building confidence to work in the different locations in Fife and Dundee, answering the phone, dealing with customers and orders, you can see the confidence grow. Kayleigh has also started her Modern Apprenticeship in Business Admin. 

The way ahead for Kayleigh is looking very positive.  

The team at Fairprice Mobility could not be prouder, with Kayleigh on holiday they were very pleased to accept the award on her behalf.
