Careers Activity 2018

Fife Council have been working with local employers to enable the Careers Activity Event 2018. This year a lot of the work has been delegated to the Business skills Foundation Apprenticeship Year Two. The objective of the event is to give the younger pupils, S4, an insight into the world of work. However this event isn’t the average careers event, we have asked the local employers to create a task to engage the pupils into their sector of industry. There are 12 frameworks ranging from child care to engineering. There will be nearly two hundred pupils and twelve employers at each event.

The Careers Activity Event is being held at three different campus on three different dates:

Halbeath Campus in Dunfermline  on the 24th of October 2018

St.Brycedale Campus in Kirkcaldy on the 30th of October 2018

Stenton Campus in Glenrothes on the 1st of November 2018

If you are in S4 and full time education and would like to attend one of these events please speak to your guidance!
