Poverty Awareness Training

Free training courses for all public and voluntary sector workers in Fife who are in contact with low income households

Release Date: 16/11/2017 17:52

Poverty affects a significant proportion of the Fife population and can have a big impact on many areas of peoples’ lives.  The imminent roll out of full service Universal Credit will create additional challenges.  The courses in this programme have been designed to enable workers to provide the best support they can, whether directly or by referring onto services that can provide specialist help.

These courses have been funded by Fife Partnership, through its recommendations in Fairness Matters, the report from the Fairer Fife Commission to address poverty and inequality in Fife.
