On 1st August 2013, Adam Smith College, Carnegie College and non-landbased elements of SRUC (Scotland's Rural College) came together to create a single college for the region – Fife College.

  • Information on current diversity and equality legislation including inclusive recruitment practice.
  • Disability Awareness Training to staff and managers, to increase confidence when dealing with disabled colleagues and customers.
  • Tailored support for employees who are struggling to stay in work due to disability or health issues.
  • Help to achieve the double tick symbol ‘Positive about Disabled People’
