Groupwork programme for young epople will be provided in community settings by BRAG and partners, 1 to 1 mentoring and keywork support by keworkers and partners. There will also be online learning where necessary. Anticipated Registrations -500

1-to-1 support to help young people discover their potential, define their needs, and set goals for their future. Young people (16 to 25 years of age) VT, a Young Person’s Guarantee Employer, presents an improved Inspiring Young Futures programme (IYF) as an effective pre-employability offer(Pipeline Stage 1/early engagement) for participants facing complex challenges, often with experience of trauma and most having left school withfew qualifications. IYF supports positive change for young people, ultimately improving employability prospects through building confidence; unlocking life and work skills like problem solving, decision making and communicating; and, contributing to their better engagement at later Pipeline stages and other services. Groupwork, one to one sessions, outreach work, drop in sessions, outdoor residential learning and reflection. Adult (26 years and upwards) Fife-ETC will deliver a seamless, person-centred provision, which will collaborate with individuals, assisting them to holistically assess their current circumstances, and establish meaningful goals which are translated into a working action plan which is reviewed and refreshed throughout their employment journey. Enabling service users to make choices, they will be assisted to navigate all stages of the employability pathway from engagement through to in-work support. Specialist (Lone Parent) Making it Work for lone parents is a partnership project with staff from Fife Gingerbread and Citizens Advice & RightsFife working collaboratively. Lone Parents are a high priority group(disproportionately impacted by child poverty) facing multiple and complex barriers. Specialist support is needed now more than everas we recover from the pandemic.The model can be described in three stages:1.Engage: reachingisolatedlone parents furthest removed from employabilityto build confidence 2.Support: empowering lone parents on their journey towards work to overcome barriers,realise their strengthsand achieve goals3.Progress: supporting lone parents to find a healthywork, life and family balanceto move forwards in their career and overcome in work poverty CARF, Art of Charisma £260,850 NOLB Number of care Experienced individuals we expect to support, number of criminal convictions individuals we expect to support, number of at Risk of being of becoming NEET individuals we expect to support, number of individuals with a disability we expect to support, number of caring Responsibilities individuals we expect to support, number of low skilled individuals we expect to support. Specialist (Lone Parent) Square Start Fife is a fully inclusive service for families including lone parents across Fife. Concentrating on the makeup of the family and ensuring all are supported to provide increased aspirations and outcomes. Working with a blend of 1-2-1 and group work all designed to break down barriers either perceived or actual, digitally include families, reduce social isolation, improve mental wellbeing, increase confidence in children and increase confidence in adults parenting Frontline Fife, FEAT, Youth 1st, CARF £129,690 NOLB Number of care Experienced individuals we expect to support, number of criminal convictions individuals we expect to support, number of at Risk of being of becoming NEET individuals we expect to support, number of individuals with a disability we expect to support, number of caring Responsibilities individuals we expect to support, number of low skilled individuals we expect to support. Number of registrations - 41, workshops will include cooking on a budget, growing vegetables, financial inclusion, keeping fit, mindfulness/cognitive behaviour, arts and crafts, p[lay therapy/parenting skills, fuel budgeting, introduction to decorating/home maintenance, upcycling, employment opportunities, training and Development, book bug Sessions, accreditation such as  High 5 Award, Dynamic Youth Awards and  B-active.
Specialist (Mental Health) FEAT (Out to Work) is a personal development, self-management and early employability programme for young people and adults experiencing severe mental health issues leading into focused job search and in-work support through the IPS Model. The initial engagement programme has two separate strands, one outdoor-based provision “Grow your Mind” and one indoor/online provision “Employ your Mind”.  Variety of shorter, introductory 1:1 and group activities also provided.  Additional provision of training to other frontline service staff.   £74,778 NOLB Number of care Experienced individuals we expect to support, number of criminal convictions individuals we expect to support, number of at Risk of being of becoming NEET individuals we expect to support, number of individuals with a disability we expect to support, number of caring Responsibilities individuals we expect to support, number of low skilled individuals we expect to support. Number of registrations is 60, number of people you anticipate supporting to access mainstream employability provision: 25, with 25 directly moving into our own IPS speciality provision, therefore 50 total. Number of people you aim to support in-work: 10, Number of awareness sessions (and training participant numbers) you will deliver each year: 2 sessions each with a monthly follow-up, therefore up to 24 sessions in total.  Estimated numbers of attendees 16.
Specialist (Other) Fife Migrants Forum and delivery partners want to develop a (Pre-Academy) Academy. The Pre-Academy will champion migrants’ rights and welfare through access to learning English, help them develop communication skills, educate, and encourage candidates to develop foundation skills employers are looking for. Our aim is to empower individuals with language, explore personal skills and strengths, helping them understand employers’ expectations, improve migrants’ employment prospects, in how to become a successful employee. Equipping them with the knowledge and tools to move on to a bespoke academy or further support them in their employment journey. The pre- academy will be person-centred and will nurture aspiration to meet opportunity.
