Department for Work & Pensions - Employer Services

The service, via Jobcentre Plus network, supports employers and especially SMEs. The service is available UK-wide and comes at no additional cost. DWP provides support with retention of employees, redundancy situations in partnership with PACE and in the recruitment of employees. DWP work with employers and customers to fill vacancies with suitable candidates, involving bespoke training, work experience and work trials. Specialist support is available for those with health conditions.

Fife Council - Employability and Supported Employment Service - Fife Job Contract Employment Recruitment Incentive

Employer Recruitment incentives fund waged placements in real work environemnts for people who are supported through Fife's Opportunities Fife Pathway. Funding can cover costs for up to 26 weeks. Jobs mut be additional and sustainable beyond the period of funding. NOLB funded providers can support employers to seek funding for tailored opportunities for their clients. Individual support is provided throughout the period of investment with after care where required.

Just Ask Listen Talk provides a free toolkit and 1:1 support to help Fife-based employers make a positive difference in managing mental wellbeing at work. We help businesses build their skills and knowledge to create and sustain a mentally healthy workplace. In addition, we can provide support to employers to help staff in their workforce who are struggling at work or off sick due to mental health issues.
